Processing time

Orders are processed within 2 business days.

During processing, your kit is assembled, packed and handed to the carrier.

We ship with standard and express carriers; the cost and estimated delivery time of each option are calculated at checkout from your address.

Please check the shipping name and address carefully before confirming your order, especially when sending a kit as a gift.

You receive a tracking link by e-mail when the order ships.

Contact [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will resend or refund.

Please include your order number. For damaged items, include photos of the package and the products if possible.
