Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Actually Proper kit, whether you bought it for yourself or as a gift. This policy explains how returns and refunds work. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of the items

Items must be returned unused, with all accessories, manuals and the original packaging.

Returns shipping: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by us for defective or incorrect items.

We answer within 2 business days and will send you return instructions.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

For gift orders, the refund goes to the person who paid for the order.

Damaged or lost deliveries

If your kit arrives damaged or never arrives, please follow the steps in our Shipping Policy.

In those cases we will resend the order or issue a refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
